About Rachel
I am CertRP & HNC Business qualified with over 25 years' recruitment experience at Jonathan Lee, working as a Senior Consultant responsible for supplying technical engineers and designers to the automotive industry covering creative design & styling, test and development, powertrain, electronics, chassis, body and whole vehicle engineering. I am account focused on the strategic management of 2 global RPO clients within Jonathan Lee.
I work at high volume levels on a variety of roles both permanent and contract, and have a thorough knowledge of automotive product development and manufacturing, and am committed to upholding our ethos of "Solutions Through Understanding" and to delivering a professional recruitment service to the highest quality.
My knowledge of the wider marketplace, understanding of client specifications and ability to develop long-term relationships has enabled me to gauge a true understanding of my customer needs and propose the right solutions to meet client and candidate specific requirements.
Away from work
After 18 seasons in Ibiza for closing parties, I now enjoy family trips with my husband and little girl.
